Clockwork animals (The Deer) - Concept and Production art

I was aware that this was an important element that not only would have taken a bit of time, but also working on it would have helped me think more carefully about its story.
So I started with it.

I decided to give it some uneven parts like the horns and part of the legs.

Also, it has a part of its left horn broken and the right-back leg is missing (I imagine it is on the ground, completely overgrown with moss).
