Color Study Goal: Study colors and light, tell a story, building an atmosphere by shifting the lighting
What I’ve Learned:
1 - Building an atmosphere - characters: I want to take more time on the characters, not just the environment. I feel like I am proceeding on different tracks - so I need to give them some more love.
2 - Building an atmosphere - environment: I want to find a balance I really like between realism and simplification
3 - I picked up a lot of interesting observations, especially about the realistic effect that a very simple surface reflection can give, even when very loose. I tried to push in order to simplify my brushstroke in picture 3.
Additional Notes: Observing is becoming easier and easier in time, I now want to deepen my studies about staging light and colors for creating particular moods.
