Schoolism Course: Painting with Light and Color
Course Lesson: 3 - Materials
Study Goal: Pay attention to render different kind of materials and surfaces, choosing a range from matte to translucent and transparent
What I’ve Learned: 1 - I think the most interesting thing was looking at how the light enters the translucent surfaces (Like the egg, the leaf, the snow...) and react differently depending on their structure. 2 - It was really interesting finding a way to simplify but still convey the foam of the orange juice and the grease of the broth
Additional Notes: I am looking into solutions to render the very detailed surfaces
